Buying gifts for friends and family during the holidays is stressful enough. Adding misophonia into the mix can make it even more frustrating… what do you get the person who is struggling with sensory processing? Hopefully this list will provide you some ideas. I want to point out that at the end of the day, people with misophonia are just regular people! While these gifts are surely something helpful or useful – people with misophonia also might simply enjoy a thoughtful, handmade, or gift that is considerate without their disorder in mind (I personally love getting baked goods).
