The Misophonia Matters Coping Skills Class will feature an advocacy-based approach to coping with misophonia. This class will include worksheets to help persons with misophonia navigate social relationships, accommodations, and practical skills for coping with misophonia from both cognitive/psychological and sensory regulation viewpoints. This class is presented by misophonia advocate and counselling student, Shaylynn Raymond. The cost of this class will be $200 per person, or $150 for members of the IMF.  Join the waitlist now:
