This course is designed for HR professionals and business owners who want to better understand misophonia and create more supportive, informed workplaces. The course is delivered through accessible text-based learning and includes downloadable resources, including a workplace training PowerPoint presentation that can be used internally to provide staff education on misophonia awareness and support strategies.
Topics include understanding misophonia, workplace challenges, accommodation considerations, communication approaches, and creating psychologically safer and more inclusive environments for employees affected by sound sensitivities.
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion and a powerpoint for in-organization training use.
