1. Immediately Delivered Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the nature of their immediate delivery and the fact that they cannot be “returned,” all sales of the following digital products are final and non-refundable:

2. On-Demand/Live Classes (Conditional Refunds)

Enrollment in our comprehensive, self-paced, On-Demand Classes (e.g., the Misophonia Matters Class for Adults and Teens), and our live classes, are typically non-refundable.

However, we understand that life circumstances—such as significant family or health issues—can make it impossible to complete a class. We are committed to supporting our community and may consider exceptions under extenuating circumstances.

How to Request an Exception:

  • Refunds for On-Demand and Live Classes are processed by request only.
  • The decision to issue a refund is made on a case-by-case basis and remains at our sole discretion.
