Misophonia Coping Skills Teen Group Class

by Shaylynn Hayes-Raymond

Only 6 slots available in each group. This group will feature psychoeducation, worksheets, and group exercises for teenagers with misophonia. This group is for ages 11 to 17 and will be held on a weekly basis for 2 months (8 sessions total – 16 hours) of 2-hour sessions. This entire program is prepaid and attendance is important to provide the full group experience. All participants will be expected to have a webcam and microphone as this is an interactive session. This is a coping skills coaching class and is not a replacement for psychotherapy.

$600 per participant. All classes come with a free PDF version of Misophonia Matters and the companion workbook. You will also receive access to the 1-hour misophonia coping skills class (it is suggested parents watch this). All registrations are manual and you will be sent a USD invoice once your child has been accepted into a timeslot. You will then be sent consent forms to fill out for your child and they will be placed in groups in the same platform as the consent forms. The zoom link for the class will be the same each week.
