I purchased these earbuds to just try anything to help with background noise. These do the trick!! I am able to connect the earbuds to my phone and use an app (I usually use nature sounds like a thunderstorm or waterfalls). While it is connected to my phone, I can also answer incoming calls. The quality is great. Everyone that I have talked to said they can hear me just fine while talking to them through the earbuds. The case they come in is great as well. One side of the case allows you to charge it via USB and the other side allows you to connect your phone as well so you can charge both at the same time. I wear these mainly when I’m out in public if I’m feeling overwhelmed or at a restaurant when it’s too noisy with people eating. When I use my nature app, I can still have a conversation with the people I’m with as long as I play with the noise settings correctly on my app. These have literally saved me a lot of panic attacks.
